the consequences of physical destruction of the home. It is also
mandatory to buy home insurance due to the requirements of mortgage
lending.

types of home insurance policies available.
HO1:
This policy provides the basic coverage
HO2:
This policy provides coverage for unusual occurrences such as
water damage, electrical malfunctioning, problems with heating and air
conditioning.
HO3:
This type of policies cover even more types of damages.
HO8:
This type of policy is better suited for older residences.
